missing doc2html macro?

Hi!

When doing a pkg_rolling-replace of an up-to-date pkgsrc tree on NetBSD 
5.1/i386, the build stops here:

#    format  libfetch/fetch.html3
groff -Tlatin1 -mdoc2html fetch.3 > fetch.html3.tmp &&  mv 
fetch.html3.tmp fetch.html3
troff: fatal error: can't find macro file doc2html
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install/work/libfetch
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install
*** Error code 1

I suspect a local problem, as nobody else has reported this. But after 
removing all "work" directories, I still run constantly into this error. 
Any ideas?
