Update of graphics/gimp-docs

Hi,

I plan to update graphics/gimp-docs to 2.6.1 (current version).
Now, graphics/gimp-docs package compiles xml into html.
However gimp.org distributes pre-compiled html tar balls.
I want to use pre-compiled tar balls and divide the package
into each language one (for example, gimp-docs-en etc.).

Is there any opinion?
