Looks like a png problem indeed.
I cannot currently build one of its dependencies, and minskim has
worked in the area as well (so perhaps it is fixed?), but I'll take
another look at it.
I fixed a few in the meantime. The rest is
graphics/povray
graphics/GraphicsMagick
print/ja-ptex
povray-3.7rc3 doesn't have the png problem, and I've managed to
package it up so far that it compiles and installs cleanly, but it
breaks (and I'm not happy about some of the patches). Anyone

GraphicsMagick: Supposedly fixed in upstream repository, which is
however on Sourceforge and thus currently not reachable (like
pkgsrc-wip).
