make install fails on pkg_install - 2010Q1

Hello, I've installed NetBSD 5.0.2 on Xen DomU and downloaded pkgsrc
2010Q1. When I try to update/install pkg_install
from /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install i get the following:

#     build  libfetch/libfetch.a
rm -f libfetch.a
ar cq libfetch.a `NM=nm lorder fetch.o common.o ftp.o http.o file.o |
tsort -q`
ranlib libfetch.a
make: don't know how to make /usr/share/tmac/andoc.tmac. Stop

make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install/work/libfetch
*** Error code 2

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install

Does anyone know what seems to be the problem and how to resolve it?
