I think you'll better off building misc/openoffice3 from sources
yourself, or check NetBSD ftp server for pre-built native binary
package.

I think misc/openoffice3-bin is a Linux binary package, given the
complexity of the package + emulation libraries, etc., it might be
difficult to get it working on NetBSD, unless you can duplicate the
exact environment under which that binary package was built.
