Looks similar for me.

I didn't have libflash* installed, but that didn't help.

When I start firefox and go to youtube.com, I see the following on
console:

So something's up with the libflashplayer.so file?

nspluginwrapper is happy:
# nspluginwrapper -l
# nspluginwrapper -a -i
# nspluginwrapper -l
