fam x libgamin clash

I cannot install pcmanfm for instance, because it requires libgamin

Both fam and libgamin try to install include/fam.h and lib/libfam.la

Since fam is a dependency of other dependencies... and from the mail lists it 
seems it will remain so for a while, how about moving lib/famstuff* to 
lib/fam/* or lib/gamin/* and at the same time include/fam.h to 
include/{fam,gamin} or so?
