Still compiling.

One thing I notice is that there are many buildlink3.mk files. I just 
don't see the purpose of all of the ones that are not "build" 
dependencies.

I may go back through after my initial commit and remove the unused 
buildlink3.mk files and users of them can use DEPENDS+= instead.

I will keep buildlink3.mk files for packages that really provide headers 
and build files. Just having a library doesn't mean anything since they 
may be xfce modules.

Any comments on that?
