Hi,

I have submitted pkg/41978 which contains patches to chat/libpurple, 
chat/pidgin, chat/finch, chat/pidgin-sametime and chat/pidgin-silc to upgrade 
to version 2.6.1. The packages compile on NetBSD/amd64 and pidgin and finch 
have had some brief testing.

I can supply the patch in a different form if that is more convenient.
