Language specific packages for Openoffice ?

Hi,

there is an option to add specific languages while building
openoffice (3.x) but that is only done if you specify them
in mk.conf.

By default they are not build (and i think that should still be
the default to not increase the size and build time) but this
makes it impossible to get a specific language if you install
it from a binary package.

Is there a way to create new packages which would just build
these language specific files?
Or is there any other way to install them from some other binary
packages from a different package system, like debian?
