bootstrap-mk-files-20090512 revisited

Hi,

On non-NetBSD systems (OS X in this instance), bootstrap-mk-files can't be 
updated normally:

===> Deinstalling for bootstrap-mk-files-20090512
Running /usr/local/sbin/pkg_delete -K /usr/local/var/db/pkg -r 
bootstrap-mk-files-20090226
bmake: no system rules (sys.mk).

bmake: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/bootstrap-mk-files
*** Error code 2


Oops... I thought this had been fixed at some point. Did the fix not make 
it into pkgsrc?
