with up to date pkgsrc from this morning, and up to date pkg_chk, I'm
getting:

pkg_info: Unrecognised PLIST command `@mtree +MTREE_DIRS'
pkg_info: Unrecognised PLIST command `@mtree +MTREE_DIRS'
pkg_info: Unrecognised PLIST command `@mtree +MTREE_DIRS'
pkg_info: Unrecognised PLIST command `@mtree +MTREE_DIRS'
pkg_info: Unrecognised PLIST command `@mtree +MTREE_DIRS'
pkg_info: Unrecognised PLIST command `@mtree +MTREE_DIRS'

It may be that there are installed packages with mtree directives that
are deprecated, but I'm not quite sure what's going on.
