emacs not building

I'm unable to build emacs on NetBSD amd64-current. It does build on
i386-4.0, both using pkgsrc HEAD. Here's the error:

Converting pinyin.map to PY.el...done
Converting cangjie-table.b5 to tsang-b5.el...
Wrong type argument: number-or-marker-p, nil
EMACSLOADPATH=/usr/pkgsrc/editors/emacs/work/emacs-22.3/leim/../lisp LC_ALL=C
../src/emacs -batch --no-init-file --no-site-file --multibyte -f
batch-byte-compile quail/tsang-b5.el
>>Error occurred processing quail/tsang-b5.el: File error (("Opening input
>>file" "no such file or directory"
>>"/usr/pkgsrc/editors/emacs/work/emacs-22.3/leim/quail/tsang-b5.el"))
gmake[1]: *** [quail/tsang-b5.elc] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/pkgsrc/editors/emacs/work/emacs-22.3/leim'
gmake: *** [leim] Error 2
*** Error code 2

There are no emacs lines in mk.conf.
