another set of eyes needed for a Perl package

I'm trying to put together a package for a Perl module from CPAN
(QWizard).  Perl module packages are somewhat different than regular
ones, it seems, especially the PLIST handling.  It's rather hard for me
to test it, since I'm not a Perl programmer; I'd appreciate it if
someone else would take a look at

commit it.
