maybe your pkgsrc tree is out of date. The gnome mirrors have been
commented out.

In the comment of the commit it says:

- - MASTER_SITES+=${MASTER_SITE_GNOME} is commented out. They evidently
  have not placed this product on their shelves yet.


Could you please update your pkgsrc tree and verify it? That would be great!
