2008Q1 binary packages for amd64

Hi,
the first bulk builds for NetBSD/amd64 3.1 and 4.0 of the pkgsrc-2008Q1
stable branch have completed. The binaries are available from
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/{3.1,4.0}_2008Q1/
and mirrors (3.1 packages are still being uploaded, should be complete in
about 7 hours - ftp.fr.netbsd.org is already up to date :)

As usual, I'll update the binaries when fixes are pulled up to the
stable branch.
