does (new) libXmu need libICE?

NetBSD/i386-current as of yesterday.
pkgsrc as of yesterday

After recent updates including several to X libraries including
libXmu, I tried to catch up with pkg_chk -u and see:

Adding .include "../../x11/libICE/buildlink3.mk" to libXmu's Makefile
seems to cure the problem at least in my setup.
