Rats.   I was hoping to get that job!

Renaming (of everything) ought to be prohibited after a shortish
(a month or so) time after introduction (of anything).   That
is, allow time for obvious mistakes to be corrected after initial
introduction, but after that, no renaming of anything (not packages,
not variable names in source code, not options of commands - nothing)
