Mirror sites for Mozilla seems three patterns:
  ( * http://www.mozilla.org/mirroring.html )

mozilla-all All Products
mozilla-release All Firefox, Thunderbird, and Sunbird releases
mozilla-current only the current version of Firefox and Thunderbird

mozilla-current is useless for pkgsrc stable branch.

OK to define
	MASTER_SITE_MOZILLA_ALL mozilla-all sites
	MASTER_SITE_MOZILLA_RELEASE	mozilla-release sites
and change following MASTER_SITES definitions in Makefile?
Perhaps should just use
	ftp.mozilla.org mozilla-all
	MASTER_SITE_MOZILLA mozilla-release
since mozilla-all is rare.
Any reason why firefox and seamonkey define mirror sites by themselves?
