Buildlink of Xrender is missing.  However, I cannot reproduce it.
Please send me your /etc/mk.conf and the output of the following
commands:

  # cd /usr/pkgsrc/misc/openoffice2
  # make show-var VARNAME=USE_BUILTIN.Xrender
  # make show-var VARNAME=BUILDLINK_DEPENDS
  # make show-var VARNAME=DEPENDS

And what version of NetBSD are you using?
