Not available, AFAIK.

I've done this on several Mac OS X systems.  There was an effort by
schmonz@ (I think) to get the pkgsrc tree to be case-insensitive friendly.
 The only issue I've seen is with one package (can't remember which one,
and it was rather unimportant) that wanted to download two source files
that conflicted (ABC.tgz and abc.tgz).
