Hello all,

Using a slightly modded pkg_comp, I have finally got an almost fully
automated pkgsrc and package update working. There's just one minor
problem remaining to solve.

Sometimes package source tarball downloads become stalled -- and they
stay that way forever. Is there any way to get package downloads to fail
if the download becomes stalled for too long?
