libgtop2 and -current

If anyone here is or wants to use libgtop2 on current, I'd like to
discuss different ways of fixing it (such as using
kinfo_proc2/kvm_getproc2) so that it won't have to be patched so
often.

Also, there's a #define SOMETHING in sysdeps somewhere (I have to dig
it up) which appears as:

#define SOMETHING foo.bar
#define SOMETHING foo.bar

That is, the same line appears twice and gcc complains of a
redefinition of SOMETHING. IIRC this is not the result of a faulty
patch; this is in the source. Perplexing. ;)

I got it working with -current to the point where nearly all features
work, except the priority level always shows as 20, and there's a
crash when attempting to access certain data (again, I will have to
rebuild it and see).

So if anyone wants to partake in the joy of fixing this, drop me a line.

illuminates the features of the new world." --G.W.F. Hegel,
