./bootstrap --help will tell you
it's --ignore-case-check

if you have any further problems, please don't hesitate to ask.

BTW, for a start I recommend building and installing pkgsrc to a  
subdirectory within one's home directory using --ignore-user-check on  
bootstrap and installing as non-root.
