I had fixed this to work on -current (mostly).  I originally thought
that my fix didn't work, but now I'm not sure because I went to
rebuild it and it can't find struct ucred.  I realize that -current is
a "moving target", but could someone at least give me a hint as to
whether there is a way to fix this whole library so this doesn't keep
happening?  I filed a PR on the first issue I had with procsignal.c.
