FWIW, I've updated these files to fit on a 80min/700MB CD-R now.

Stuff that had to go:
  kde (due to missing binary pkgs, was replaced with gnome), qemu, xpdf
  (also lacked a binary pkg), xfig, transfig, gimp, mysql, gnuplot, vim,
  colorls, gqmpeg-skins, autoconf automake gmake libtool openoffice
