I was installing fonts/ko-baekmuk and saw that it couldn't be downloaded.
Suddenly following idea came in my mind:
Wouldn't it be great if users could submit unreachable distfiles by
turning on a variable like "submit_unavaible_files = yes". This
information could be gathered and the files could be updated directly,
rather than waiting for PR's.

What do you think ?
