Hello all,

   I tried to compile a program a friend of mine wrote, but it requires
"python.h", since it calls Python functions.

   I wasn't surprised that g++ could not locate python.h, since I didn't
 specify an include path to some python directory. However, I was
troubled to find that:

$ locate python.h

   ..did not return any python.h entries.

   When I installed lang/python24, does it not also install the relevant
C development tools?

Kind regards,
Jan Danielsson
