I noticed two things doing a sup of pkgsrc.  The first is:

SUP Fileserver 8.13 (4.3 BSD) 27211 on sup.netbsd.org at 19:52:42
SUP Requesting changes since Jul 31 23:04:26 2006
SUP: Access denied to pkgsrc/graphics/digikam/patches/patch-ab
SUP: Access denied to pkgsrc/graphics/imlib2/patches/patch-aa
SUP: Access denied to pkgsrc/textproc/p5-XML-LibXSLT/patches
SUP: Access denied to pkgsrc/textproc/p5-XML-LibXSLT/patches/patch-aa

and the other is I tihnk someone checked in a work/ directory for
wget.
