Ok, all the mentioned packages build now (that is I've successfully
built ruby-sqlite3, ruby-racc, rubygems, ruby-redcloth, ruby-rdtool
and ruby-eruby) with 1.12 & 1.25 respectively.

ruby-eruby was a bit bitching around because
$ head -1 `which rd2`
#!/usr/pkg/bin/ruby181818

but that magically disappeared once I've updated the package.
