pkg_chk tutorial

manual page of pkg_chk seems too compact and unclear (in some aspects) for me.
Is there any howto/tutorial for dummies?

If no, can anybody list the most typical option combinations used?
I see the following

-h|-L|-C|-P|-q: no comments

-g : create an initial pkgchk.conf, this is probably the first step
to use pkg_chk, then it makes sense to manually edit this .conf
-as [-v] [-k] [-n]: compile absent or outdated packages from sources,
may be useful to create a personal package "repository" in chroot
      (pkgchk.conf vs. installed)
-ab [-v] [-k] [-n]: install binary missed ot outdated packages
      (pkgchk.conf vs. installed)
-a [-v] [-k] [-n]: either source or binary update
      (pkgchk.conf vs. installed)
-uf [-v] [-k] [-n]: fetch sources for missed outdated packages
      for further building using -as
      (pkgchk.conf vs. installed)

What else?
