I think I'm suffering from the same problem.  I'm running
3.99.21 (-current as of July 4).  Build logs are at
<http://pkg.araneus.fi/20060731.1947/audio/nas/.broken.html>.

It looks like everything is getting installed under /usr/X11R6,
but pkg_create expects it to be under /usr/pkg.
