I also want to get rid of cat pages for various other packages. For one
reason, the operating-system and volume-operating-system hard-coded into
the cat pages may be wrong (and maybe confusing) for the target system.

But I recall I was told on a couple occasions, that some operating
system's can't correctly process some (or all) of NetBSD's mandoc manual
pages, so a cat page should be included.

Any thoughts on this?

(I want to get rid of cpio.0, pax.0 and tar.0 from pax package, all the
pkg_install cat1/*0 files, and tnftp's cat1/ftp.1 for example.)
