Hey,

I'm writing the HOWTO about installing postfix, etc. on DragonFly BSD 1.4.

http://wiki.dragonflybsd.org/index.php/Set_up_an_email_server#postfix

Currently my smtp server (postfix) doesn't print a 250-AUTH line. In fact, this
is what I get:

adrian@livingroom:~$ telnet mail.labthug.com smtp
Trying 69.242.196.164...
Connected to labthug.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 discordia.labthug.com ESMTP Postfix
EHLO livingroom.labthug.com
250-discordia.labthug.com
250-PIPELINING
250-SIZE 10240000
250-VRFY
250-ETRN
250-STARTTLS
250 8BITMIME

I have installed the following sasl plugins:

discordia% pkg_info | grep cy
cyrus-sasl-2.1.20nb2 Simple Authentication and Security Layer
cyrus-saslauthd-2.1.20 Cyrus SASL plaintext authentication daemon
cy2-plain-2.1.20 Cyrus SASL PLAIN authentication plugin
cy2-crammd5-2.1.20 Cyrus SASL CRAM-MD5 authentication plugin
cy2-digestmd5-2.1.20 Cyrus SASL DIGEST-MD5 authentication plugin
cy2-login-2.1.20 Cyrus SASL LOGIN authentication plugin

However, only the plaintext protocol works correctly (e.g. allows me to login).

What am I forgetting?

Thanks,

Adrian
