libspectrum: updated to 1.8.0

libspectrum 1.8.0

* Add PZX tape writing, including conversion of legacy tape blocks,
  recordings, generalised data, bounded jumps and finite loops
  (Fredrick Meunier).

* Support TZX CSW recording blocks and add tape sample-rate and CSW
  accessors (fixes bug 528) (Fredrick Meunier, thanks AJ B).

* Replace libaudiofile with a portable PCM WAV reader, enabling WAV
  input in every build (Fredrick Meunier).

* Standardise metadata APIs on UTF-8, converting legacy encodings
  with lossy substitution where necessary (Fredrick Meunier).

* Improve waveform, timing and initial polarity preservation when
  converting between PZX, TZX and CSW tapes (Fredrick Meunier).

* Recognise ROM pulse recordings when exporting PZX tapes as TAP
  (Fredrick Meunier).

* Various minor bug fixes/improvements:
  * Increase snapshot RAM storage to 64 pages (Fredrick Meunier).
  * Avoid reading past the end of generalised tape data (fixes bug
    529) (Fredrick Meunier, thanks AJ B).
  * Fix generalised symbol termination and terminal tape transitions
    (Fredrick Meunier).
  * Fix RLE pulse block lengths for long-form pulses (Fredrick
    Meunier).
  * Fix TZX message duration encoding and reject overflow (Fredrick
    Meunier).
  * Use unsigned, endian-safe dword decoding (fixes bug 533)
    (Fredrick Meunier, thanks Sergio Baldoví).
  * Improve PZX payload bounds checking (Fredrick Meunier).
  * Tolerate incorrect byte rates in PCM WAV headers (Fredrick
    Meunier).
  * Support test builds with static libraries disabled (Fredrick
    Meunier, thanks Nico P).
  * Extend tape, WAV, metadata and snapshot regression tests
    (Fredrick Meunier).
  * Fix compiler warnings and improve Windows builds and CI
    (Fredrick Meunier, thanks Alberto Garcia).
