I'm a bit confused after looking at it again. This package
(ocaml-dune-site) is very similar to ocaml-dune-configurator
which is based on ocaml-dune (same distfile, same patches,
same version) and it also has BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.ocaml-dune
line in Makefile. Why doesn't it

.include "../../devel/ocaml-dune/buildlink3.mk"

instead?
