    The notes panel no longer prints its count twice. The border already
    carries it, so the row above the list is spent on an active search or
    nothing at all — and when it is nothing, the list and the note it is
    pointing at get the row. The count returns for the two cases where the
    border stops carrying it: an empty panel, where no notes is the only
    thing saying the panel is working, and a failed save, where the counter is
    spent on unsaved!.

Fixed

    The clock's date was cut without saying so. On a narrow terminal
    WEDNESDAY 09 SEPTEMBER came out as WEDNESDAY 09 SEPT — the line was
    handed to a paragraph narrower than itself, so the terminal did the
    cutting, and a terminal leaves no mark. It now ends in … like every other
    abridged line on the dashboard, and its width is measured in terminal cells
    rather than characters, so a date_format holding double-width text is
    placed correctly too.

Changed

    The resize keys are drawn rather than spelled: Ctrl+←→↑↓. They are the
    same four arrows the arrange legend already draws two hints away, so the
    status bar, the arrange legend, the help overlay and --help now show the
    pair as one idea — plain arrows move a panel, the same arrows with Ctrl
    resize it.

    The status bar fits in a narrower terminal. With the drawn arrows and a
    two-space gap between hints, the whole bar appears from 83 columns where it
    previously needed 92. Hints still drop whole rather than being cut.

    The tasks panel no longer prints its open count twice. The border
    already carries 4 open; the summary line now spends its width on what is
    wrong and how the list is sorted. The count returns to the summary in the
    one case where the border is saying unsaved! instead.

    The markets panel shows one more symbol. via yahoo has moved into the
    frame — ┤7 · yahoo├ — instead of holding an interior row open for ever in
    the panel that has the fewest of them. The row underneath returns whenever
    there is something to say there, which is where a failing fetch still
    explains itself.

    The help overlay's key column is sized to the keys it shows rather than
    to a fixed width, so its actions start beside the keys instead of a third of
    the way across the dialog.

    A panel too narrow for its own name draws no title instead of a lone
    ┤…├, which spent three cells saying a title had been cut and nothing about
    which panel it was. A jump key keeps its place: ┤4├ is still an answer.

Added

    Cutting a release no longer needs the owner's machine. Two dispatchable
    workflows cover the two manual steps: cut-release.yml tags the head of
    main with the manifest's version, starting the release build exactly as a
    manual tag push would, and publish-crates.yml publishes a tag to crates.io
    using Trusted Publishing, so no long-lived crates.io token exists anywhere.
    Both steps remain runnable by hand from a machine with the right
    credentials.
