yt-dlp: Drop note that the package lacks expected dependencies

After discussion with leot@, it turns out that most uses of yt-dlp do
not require ffmpeg, so it being missing is not wrong.  What's wrong
(gdt opinion) is that upstream says it is (in general) strongly
recommended.  Resolve this by simply ignoring upstream's
recommendation :-)   But seriously, for unusual uses where ffmpeg is
needed, that is likely clear from reading the man page, and if not,
it's man page bug.
