* Feature - AWS KMS now supports creating grants for AWS service principals
  using new GranteeServicePrincipal and RetiringServicePrincipal parameters.
  This release adds SourceArn grant constraint and three condition keys for
  controlling CreateGrant access.  For more information, see Grants in AWS
  KMS.
