This doesn't look right. Please:

- bump the distfile name to today's date
- reset the PKGREVISION
- restore the old distfile so the pkgsrc stable branch doesn't break
- upload to /pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/LOCAL_PORTS, not /pub/pkgsrc/distfiles
