tex-gentium-otf{,-doc}: update to 1.01

1.01  2025-07-14
- Updated documentation
- Support the Book variant of the fonts

1.00
Update for the new Gentium fonts, version 7.000.
The old font versions are no longer supported!
This package works only for LuaLaTeX/XeLaTeX.
