Technically, the dmoonfire GitHub project is an incomplete migration of
the original code from DocBook 4.x to 5.x. It seems to have been
abandoned over a decade ago, itself. I'd also forked that and applied
my own DocBook-version-agnostic fixes, intending to try to feed them
back. But that was in 2017, and it fell out of my area of concern. (I
could add them to the pkgsrc package, if anyone's actually using it.)
