I'm happy for that to go to 6.2.   I'm intending to update frameworks6 
in the near future, and hopefully plasma and applications but in 
preparation for that I've spent the last few weeks trying to get
qt6-qtwebengine updated to 6.9.1 but so far I've been stumped by weird 
build errors.

So Frameworks6 already stipulates C++20 and anything built with it 
should also use it but I haven't yet put anything in place to require that.
