Usually, the changelog for such updates is huge, because it contains
tons of changes made in the 1.21 mainline branch.  On the other side
the changelog between 1.21.6 and 1.22.0 contains only one record:

Changes with nginx 1.22.0                           24 May 2022
    *) 1.22.x stable branch.
