Unless it's causing build issues I'd like to suggest keeping fxtv -
IIRC it can be quite useful for viewing the display output from older
home computers on something with a PCI slots. All retrocomputing, but
still quite workable. (The machine with my Hauppauge card is packed
away at the moment so I can't directly test)

Would definitely support the DESCR being updated :)
