I think that the PKGNAME (py-socks) can possibly conflicts with
net/py-Socks (py-Socks) on platform with case insensitive filesystems
and probably also make possible confusion with it.

Can this be renamed to something else before it is too late/harder? (I
think in this particular case it is probably okay to have a cacophonic
`py-python_socks')
