Yep, as long as we don't have an IDE for pkgsrc work, these comments
help to see which packages are affected by any change to this
Makefile.common.

I'm using IntelliJ with its instant full text search, which is quite
helpful here, but many others (I suspect) would need a "grep -r
print/cups/Makefile.common /usr/pkgsrc", which takes a lot of time.
