I asked this on IRC and 50% responses were py-pymacaroon and 50% py-macaroon. And via mail I now also got this 50:50 split. I guess there's no consensus. I went with py-macraoon now, as that means 
not having to rename the directory.

Do we want to decide py-py* vs. py-* once and for all maybe, so that we can have consistency?
