Sorry, I obviously did not adequately fix up this similar copy-pasted
commit message.  However, due to pkgsrc policy of not changing commit
messages, that's how it is.

(Basically, the same change, with different revision numbers, was made to
fontconfig and freetype2, for the same reason, triggered by pango
insisting on versions that are newer than native x11 in netbsd-8.)
