No, python weasyprint decided to no longer support python 2.x, it's a
leaf package (nothing in pkgsrc depends on it).

in pkgsrc we have no reason to desupport python 2.x, the packages can
co-exist with py3.x versions. We'll just lose a bunch of packages
without a strong motivation for it.

We can also mark packages as being EOL for pkg_admin audit, so users are
aware of it.
